Brand Experience – The Key to some Great Brand?

Like a quite recent Apple convert, I’m still at this initial phase of question and curiosity when i walk the road also known as the Apple Brand Experience. To date, I’ve collected numerous really positive encounters since obtaining my beautiful little MacBook. The most known one to date is always that my MacBook works. Yes! Simple things. And, it really works after i would like it to work. This will make a refreshing vary from my PC days. Every day, I continue being in awe at just how easily everything runs. Surely, it was too good to be real& Could it have been about to horribly wrong? In short, yes.

A couple of days ago, during Easter time bank holiday weekend, a horrid cold forced me to invest the weekend during sex watching back-to-back instances of Lost. I enjoyed it really. Surprised about how lengthy my battery was lasting, I simply stored moving to the next episode. But, the inevitable happened, so, before beginning the following episode I crawled up out of bed to obtain my lead. I plugged it in. Nothing. Nada. No little eco-friendly or red Brought. Nothing. Zip. Diddlysquat! Regardless of how much I wriggled charge, the small LED’s just were not turning up. And That I only had twenty minutes of juice left! AND&. It had been bank holiday weekend! Aaargh! All of a sudden, the sweat on my small brow had a completely different composition.

The following twenty minutes were spent anxiously searching the interweb for anything around the Magsafe power lead. Lost was soon a remote memory. A couple of forums later and I am now just a little smarter about the Magsafe power lead. They are not every exceptional apparently. Some say a bit delicate, too delicate. Others believe that it isn’t that smartly designed, especially when comparing it with other Mac stuff. Yet others still complain of their own dying soon after the warranty expires. Typical! But, there was a time drained. I desired to concentrate. First, I checked my warranty. Phew, another 2 days left! Second. I discovered their email list of local resellers where I possibly could have it fixed. Third. Emailed buddies with Macs to find out if I possibly could borrow their lead. And relax.

After two painful days with minimal mac usage (damn bank holidays!) your day came that i can take my little MacBook to become fixed. To prevent potential embarrassment, I checked both my lead and my friend’s lead. In the end, I wouldn’t look very awesome getting within the lead that labored. But, both leads labored! What?! Now I am unsure what’s worse. A lead that’s faulty, or perhaps a lead which was faulty once and today is not& but can be faulty any minute now. How could I move forward back – it labored! But, now I did not trust it. Weird concept, not having faith in a lead.

Now Apple. What will you do now? My brand experience continues to be shattered. I have lost rely upon you. How will you possibly get over that one? This interested me, as both an internet marketer along with a consumer. Per week passed and also the rawness from the experience began to fade. Time is really a healbot, right?

And, i then find myself having a spare fifteen minutes among conferences and I am close to the Regent Street Apple store. Well, it could have been rude not to get in. I’d never experienced an Apple store before, which means this was potentially quite exciting. Maybe, I possibly could speak with a genuine person about my problem. The ability-lead one.
